3. Research Use Only

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY PEPTYNE ARE FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO). NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. FOR LABORATORY RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY.

4. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.
• Orders are subject to product availability.
• A valid email address and shipping address within the United States are required.

5. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your payment card information directly. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

6. Shipping

• We ship to addresses within the United States only.
• Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
• Standard shipping: 3-7 business days. Expedited options available.
• Free shipping on orders over $150 (US addresses only).
• Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
• Products are shipped ambient with appropriate packaging for stability.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals and quality assurance requirements:

• No returns are accepted on opened, reconstituted, or used products.
• Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee.
• Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Refunds for verified defective products will be issued in full, including shipping costs.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
