What does "Research Use Only" mean?
All Peptyne products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. They are not for human consumption, therapeutic use, or diagnostic use. Products are intended exclusively for use by qualified researchers in appropriate laboratory settings.
Are your products safe for human use?
No. Our products are not intended for human or animal consumption in any form. They are research chemicals, not drugs, supplements, food, or cosmetics, and they have not been evaluated by the FDA. By purchasing, you confirm the products will be used solely for legitimate research.
How do I know your products are high quality?
Every batch undergoes independent HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and mass-spectrometry testing to confirm ≥98% purity and verify molecular identity. We provide the data rather than asking you to take our word for it.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. A Certificate of Analysis is available for every product, detailing purity, identity, and batch/lot information. COAs can be downloaded from the product page or requested by contacting us.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is 3–7 business days ($9.95), Expedited is 2–3 days ($19.95), and Priority Overnight is next business day ($34.95). Free shipping on orders over $150. Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same business day.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in discreet, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy. Each package includes product documentation and applicable safety data.
How should products be stored and handled?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) products should be stored at -20°C and are stable for up to 24 months. Always use proper aseptic laboratory technique and appropriate personal protective equipment. Detailed storage information is included on each product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payment through our approved payment processor at checkout. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant systems. We do not store your card information.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with photos. Opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. You can also view tracking and order history anytime from your account dashboard.
Is there an age requirement to order?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Peptyne, and you confirm this at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Peptyne ships within the United States only. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the legality of any product in their state or local jurisdiction before ordering.
