Domestic Shipping — United States Only
Peptyne ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
Packaging
- All products ship in discreet, unbranded packaging for privacy.
- Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature during transit.
- Temperature-sensitive orders may include cold packs on request (additional fee may apply).
- All packages include product documentation and safety data sheets.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address or jurisdiction where the products may be restricted or prohibited. It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify the legality of products in their jurisdiction.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of research chemicals and strict quality assurance requirements, our return policy is limited:
Eligible Returns
- Unopened & sealed products: may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee.
- Damaged in transit: report within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence — full refund including shipping.
- Incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours; we ship the correct item at no charge and provide a prepaid return label.
- Quality / purity issues: if third-party testing confirms a product does not meet stated specifications, we issue a full refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, reconstituted, or partially used products
- Products not in original packaging
- Products returned after 14 days
- Products improperly stored (evidence of degradation due to improper storage)
How to Initiate a Return
- Email info@peptyne.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the product in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked.
- Your refund is processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Research Chemical Notice
All products are sold for Research Use Only (RUO) — not for human consumption. Returns and refund requests must comply with all applicable regulations governing research chemical handling and transport.
